Delta began working at FSG in December 2010 as a Data Entry Clerk within the GIC department. In spring 2012, she achieved her diploma in Management Studies from Grant MacEwan University. In 2014, Delta graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management with a major in Finance. In September 2014, she completed her Life License Qualification Program and became a fully licensed life and accident and sickness insurance agent.
